Setting up the Partner Support Epson printer

By the end of this guide, you will be able to configure access to the Epson laser printer in the Partner Support office.


You will need two things:


  1. The Epson printer driver, which is attached to this guide.

  2. Access to the user’s workstation in Partner Support.


Firstly, download the Epson Printer Driver zip file onto your computer.  Right-click the file, select Extract All and click Extract.  No need to change where it extracts to:



Once the file is downloaded and extracted, open the download location (usually Downloads) and run the file entitled epson644111eu.  You will be asked to select the printer you wish to install the driver for, as well as select a couple of options.  This is what it should look like:







Select English as the language and accept the terms and conditions in the next two steps respectively.


You will then be asked to add the printer, which forms part of the driver installation process, with two options being given:


  1. Network connection

  2. USB connection


Please select Network connection and click OK:





The program will search for the printer, eventually presenting you with this (if this does not work, please search for it by IP, 10.91.0.210):





Click OK and allow the installer to complete it’s process:





Until you are presented with this:





You will now be able to print from the Epson Partner Support printer.
